NexusDPP connects checks on counterparties, final destination, end users, logistics documents and contractual clauses to a clear and verifiable audit trail.
The module supports evidence collection and control management. It does not replace legal assessment or automatically certify transaction compliance.
Obligations vary according to the goods, customs code, destination and transaction. For the categories concerned, a generic declaration is not enough: risk assessments, contractual clauses, controls and current evidence may be required.
Article 12g. For specified goods and technologies sold to third countries, it requires, where applicable, a contractual prohibition on re-exportation to Russia or for use in Russia.
Article 12gb. For the covered high-priority goods, it requires documented and up-to-date risk assessments and proportionate policies, controls and procedures.

Each check retains its source, date, owner, result, documents and approval. The control can be linked to a product, order, batch or shipment.
