How the DPP guides are maintained.
NexusDPP guides are designed to distinguish what is already binding from what still depends on product-specific acts. Each page is dated and links to the official sources used.
Primary sources first
Regulations, implementing acts, Commission decisions and institutional pages are prioritised for regulatory claims. Industry news may signal a topic, but it does not replace the official text.
Regulation and product are kept separate
We distinguish legal requirements from platform functions. NexusDPP can facilitate collection, validation and registration; it does not replace legal assessment, certification, laboratories or the economic operator’s responsibility.
Corrections and updates
Regulation, standards and timelines evolve. Documented corrections can be sent to info@nexusdpp.com. A visible modification date helps readers assess the freshness of each guide.
Important notice
Website content is informational and is not legal, technical or tax advice. The applicable scope must be verified for the product, the company’s role and the legislation in force.
