2. Data processed

The website may process technical browsing data, cookie preferences stored in the browser and data voluntarily entered in forms and chat: name, company, email, telephone, role, sector, interest, requests and message content.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• website operation, security and protection: the controller’s legitimate interest;
• responses to pre-contractual or information requests: steps taken at the request of the data subject;
• statistical measurement with Google Analytics 4: consent, which can be withdrawn at any time through the preference centre.

4. Live presence and approximate location

To show authorised staff an estimate of visitors currently active on the website, NexusDpp uses short-lived technical telemetry. The server temporarily transforms the IP address and user-agent into a pseudonymous HMAC identifier; the plain IP address is not stored in the live-presence archive. Inactive presences are excluded after about 3 minutes and technical records are automatically removed within about 15 minutes. GPS and precise coordinates are not used.

The city displayed in the Reserved Area is an approximate city-level estimate. Where the server/hosting already provides geographic information, it may be used directly. Otherwise, the external IP geolocation service IPWhois.io may be queried only where the user has authorised measurement tools; the result is cached against the pseudonymous identifier to reduce requests. Live statistics are available only to authenticated NexusDpp staff and are displayed in aggregated form.

5. Virtual assistant

The website may provide a virtual assistant to supply general information about NexusDpp and collect contact requests. Messages may be processed through an artificial-intelligence service provider when that function is enabled. Do not enter passwords, API keys, sensitive data, trade secrets or confidential documents. Contact requests are sent to NexusDpp and may also be recorded in a protected technical archive to prevent loss if email delivery fails.

6. Processing methods and retention

Form data is sent by email to info@nexusdpp.com and retained for the time required to manage the request and any resulting relationship, subject to legal obligations or the need to protect rights.

7. Recipients

Data may be processed by technical providers, hosting providers and authorised personnel. Data is not sold. Google Analytics is enabled only after consent. For city-level estimation only, where authorised and not already available from the server, IPWhois.io may be used. The Contact page embeds Google Maps, which may transmit technical connection data to the provider when the page is opened.

8. Transfers outside the EEA

The use of Google services and, where authorised for city-level estimation, IPWhois.io may involve international processing under the respective providers’ terms and safeguards. Users may reject analytical cookies without losing access to the website.

9. Rights

Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where provided by the GDPR by writing to info@nexusdpp.com. They may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

10. Provision of data

Fields marked as mandatory are required in order to respond to the request. Failure to provide them prevents the form from being submitted.
